Basic Support
CCS will provide "free" basic assistance with a variety of issues, including the installation and compilation of software, the execution of applications, and any machine-specific issues. The duration of this assistance is limited to 2-week/per year/per department, equivalent of a full-time CCS staff's time. Requests for basic support on the CCS machines should be directed to HPC staff.
